Hello everyone...one of the saddest days of my life was when we left Appleton in March of 1966 to move to California. It was quite a change going from a class of around 100 to one over 500! In hindsight, it was a good move for the family.
My mom was born in and grew up in Appleton and dad was from California where they met after WWII. My uncle talked my dad into going into business with him so we moved to Appleton in 1955, thankfully! My childhood was the best and I wouldn’t change it for the world!
Fast forward to today where I have been with the love of my life for 44 years. We have been blessed with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I retired quite a few years ago after a career in Respiratory Therapy and Cardiology. My husband retired 5 years ago and we decided to move to San Diego to be closer to the kids and grandkids...life is good!
I am so thankful to have lived my formative years in such a small, sweet town full of wonderful people and classmates like you...a magical time in my life and I am filled with so many amazing memories. Appleton will always hold a piece of my heart!
