I attended the U of M in Minneapolis and received my B.S. in 1972 and my M.A. in 1974 in Communication Disorders and Special Education, subsequently working in St. Paul and Arizona to mainstream multiply handicapped preschoolers into "normal" preschool programs. After moving to Tampa in 1979 I obtained my real estate license and worked as an independent contractor. I thereafter accepted positions as Managing Broker, Education and Training Director for Managers and Agents, Manager Liaison, and am currently a Management Consultant for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group assisting in mergers and acquisitions. I am an avid tennis player, enjoy reading, volunteering in the Emergency Department at a local hospital, and travelling. My husband, Doug, a professional football coach, and I have been married for 28+ years and have a Maltese dog, Boo.
