Dear classmates:
I cannot believe how time goes by. I must admit that my days at Appleton High were some of the best of my life. I enjoyed everything and everyone.
I feel bad I will not be at the reunion but will be thinking of all of you. I hope you have a good turnout and lots to talk about !!
I am summing up my last 20 years: finished my career after 22 years with the Department of Health in 2001, 6 years as an admission social worker at the Willmar regional treatment center, ten and a half years as a mental health practitioner at the crisis enter in Willmar (retired from that job April 1, 2019) and currently am a social worker with the hospice program. My area is Granite Falls, Dawson and Clarkfield. I'm still on the road but seems like i am so much closer to home than when I worked in Willmar. I still like to work and learn but time will tell as to when that will change. I still live on my grandparents farm where i built a home. I love the solitude and just have 3 cats to keep me company. For relaxation you will find me mowing lawn, weeding, or watching MInnesota sports.
Again, enjoy and party like it's 1969!
